Description

I have created 4 sets on mini quizzes. There are 5 questions per test. All of the questions are open ended. The rigor is much higher to incorporate the new changes in the National Standards. This directly matches the Virginia 3rd grade SOL curriculum for representing multiplication and division using area, set, and number line models. It also incorporates problems where students either have to create or solve problems that involve multiplication of two whole numbers where one factor is 99 or less and the second factor is 5 or less. Each test is on one half of a page. Ideally it could be printed front to back to create one piece of paper with four mini tests on it.
