Description
For resource and special needs teachers- this template can be filled out for each child at end-of-terms or at the end of the year to provide a summary of the student progress. It can be sent home to the parents or filed for next year's teacher. In line with standards from the quebec curriculum.
I fill one out at the end of each term and the end of the year. These then go home to parents and are filed for the student's teacher for the following year. It is a wonderful resource to track student progress and provide brief notes.
Also included is a certificate (available in B&W and colour) for graduating resource.
