This fully-customizable Google Sheets resource will help you manage groups of students or teachers and help you easily communicate when these groups will be out. Auto-generate an email and keep your teachers happy! Once everything is set up, just a few clicks will have an e-mail sent out to however many people you desire with the pertinent information.

This was originally conceived for coaches to be able to quickly and efficiently notify teachers when the athletes would be out for a given sporting event. No more having to re-type the same names over and over again! Just choose the sport, click the check box beside the names, enter the date and dismissal time, and click send!

✔Everything is fully-customizable so if you are not wanting to use this with sports, you can change it! I included a few videos to help you walk through how to modify everything to fit your needs.

This could be used for any grade level and any purpose that requires the same group of students to be pulled out multiple times over a school year.
