This is a lesson on respect, complaining and working hard. It goes over expectations, and is followed by an activity allowing the class to come up with their own behaviors to "increase" or "stop."

My classrooms used this as an end-of-the-year reset for misbehaving. It could be a great way to begin the school year, or to pull out when needed.
