Behavior Reflection Sheet

This reflection sheet is simple and easy to use. There is one copy for younger grades and one for upper grades.

It is for students to use after they engage in a behavior that they need to reflect upon. It gives them the opportunity to determine what they can do differently next time in a non-judgemental way. This sheet is great to use for problem solving through situations at school, in and outside of the structured classroomtime. It's great to encourage students to complete these a calm down area, quiet area, or break spot in your classroom.
