Description
We have all been there....we have a child that is unruly and just refuses to listen and follow any rules. I have made this chart just for them. The chart is very simple to use, if the child does well in the 15 minute time span then they receive a star. After so many stars in a row (I usually do 3 stars, but it is up to you) then the child receives an immediate reward for their behavior. Now if the child is having trouble during the time span, mark an X or leave it blank so they know they need to try better. This chart has really worked on a lot of my students because it is a short time span, eventually they have to get a star in a 30 minute time period. The 30 minute chart is not available yet, but please let me know how everything goes.
I also use this to track behavior on a daily basis to see if there are any patterns in behavior. Also good tool to see if a student needs a BIP or FBA plans.
