This is a digital version of my Right Triangle Trigonometry Review Escape Room Activity compatible with Google Slides™.

This Right Triangle Trigonometry Review Escape Room Activity designed for Google Slides™ is a fun and challenging way for students to review concepts taught throughout the Right Triangle Trigonometry unit in Geometry. This particular activity includes 6 challenge puzzles, each revealing a 3-digit, 4-digit, 4-letter, or 5-letter code.

Topics Included:

Challenge A: Pythagorean Theorem and Pythagorean Theorem Converse

Challenge B: Special Right Triangles

Challenge C: Similar Right Triangles and Geometry Mean

Challenge D: Trigonometric Ratios, Finding Missing Sides and Angles

Challenge E: Angle of Elevation and Angle of Depression Applications

Challenge F: Law of Sines and Law of Cosines

This purchase includes a document with directions on how to download this activity to your Google drive. You and your students must have a free Google account in order to access this activity. Once you download the activity to your Google drive, you can share it with your students. Students can share their completed activity back with you to review. Also included are an optional Google Form for students to check their codes on their own and a video that explains how to complete each challenge.

Digital versions of activities for Google Drive are sold separately from the curriculum bundles. All non-digital printable versions can be found in the curriculum.

I love using these for extensions and reviews. I often use them on those days where we have a weird schedule or right before a break. Some kids love them and some find it too challenging (because it looks different than book problems). I find them useful for building persistence and problem-solving. The digital version is great for when I forget/run out of time to copy, laminate, and assemble for groups.

I used this as a review for the test. It covered all that was needed for my right triangle trig test, plus some extra. There are 6 sections and it can be edited, so that your students only do what you have covered. The only suggestion I would give, would be to make it self checking. The students were not able to see if they had the right code, without asking me. All in all a great resource and challenging.

Thank you Gwen! There is actually a self-checking Google Form for students to check their codes rather than checking with you. You'll find that link in the teacher directions.
