The Roll-A-Number series started because I needed quick setup activities that gave my students practice with number recognition and counting. I have my students roll the die and say aloud the number they are on, and then continue to count out loud to the number they land on. That is of course unless they land on one of the move forward or backward squares and then they count forward five more spaces, or backwards three. When my students play these games the classroom is filled with that beautiful engaged hum. This product comes in both color and blackline versions.
