Description

These lessons correlate with second grade's Benchmark Spiral Up Phonics.

These DIFFERENTIATED roll and read activities are perfect for small group interventions, whole class, literacy centers, early finishers work or homework. Students roll a dice then read the words, sentences, or even short stories. They color a flower to keep track of their progress.

Included:
Roll and Read Words
Roll and Read Build Sentences
Roll and Read Sentences
Roll and Read stories (fiction and nonfiction)
Roll and Write the word
Trace the word (patterns in different colors)
Fill in letter boxes with the word
Cut out letters and make words sort.
BUMP Game
Dice (print and make)
Spinners (if you don't have dice)

I saw a tremendous growth in student's decoding and fluency when I implemented these in my classroom last year. The students loved them and begged to take them home for homework!

I will be adding more of these very soon.

Your feedback is greatly appreciated.

The words are really fuzzy and hard to read. I feel like I should retype all the pages I want to use.
