This resource is definitely worth it! It saved me so much time and we all know how very little time we have. Plus, it was perfectly aligned to what I was teaching.

I think this lab will be fun for the students to get a visual of the three states of matter together. Not to mention them seeing the liquid become a gas. Also if you allowed the ice cream to melt it also became a liquid. I just wish it had the objective, state standers, and grade level with it.
