These task cards enable students to encounter math in a meaningful way and transfer their math skills from the concrete to the abstract. They are highly conceptual and contain 52 math questions in ALL!! (Multiple Choice, Multiple Select, Unknown Answer, Short Answer, Fill in the blank). Enough questions and question types to provide purposeful differentiation for all levels of learning
Math Task Cards aligned to Common Core Math Standard:
4.NBT.3 - Use place value understanding to round multi-digit whole numbers to any place.
Student Learning Outcomes:
- Students will be able to round multi-digit whole numbers to any place.
- Students will be able to round a six digit number using a number line as a model to justify their thinking
- Students will be able to use real world situations to make sense of rounding.
