Are you looking for a digital, self-checking activity for your fourth and fifth grade students to practice rounding decimals to the thousandths place? In this interactive activity, students will practice rounding decimals to the nearest whole number, tenth, hundredth and thousandth. It opens in Google Sheets and each of the 3 activities includes 16 self-checking problems. This digital resource is perfect for math centers or stations, independent practice, test review, and early / fast finishers!
When students type in their answers, the self-checking feature will cause one of two things to happen:
- A correct answer will turn the answer box green. Additionally, part of the mystery picture will be revealed!
- An incorrect answer will turn the box red and no part of the mystery picture will be revealed. This is a reminder to students to try solving the problem again.
