Description

There are so many important figures in our history and so little instructional time to cover them! This “Fast Bios” series gives the highlights on an important historical figure so you can do a 5-10 minute spotlight in class or jumpstart a larger discussion or project on them. This is the 25th resource in the series and it’s on the fearless and youngest civil rights symbol and activist, Ruby Bridges!

What's Included?

  • A presentation that gives basic info, personal facts, work and accomplishments, and a discussion on legacy.
  • Fill-in-the-blank doodle notes that go with the presentation to keep students engaged. Notes that appear on the doodle notes pages are in color on the presentation to keep everything clear and organized.
