Description

Students will use PearDeck to answer interactive questions about the book, "The Story of Ruby Bridges". Perfect for Black History Month coming up!

This would be perfect for assigning individually as homework through Google Classroom or Schoology. It utilizes a program called Pear Deck which allows for the teacher to see the student's answers in real time (you can also upgrade to Premium but PearDeck is FREE to all educators).

There are 8 questions in total. The book goes through Ruby Bridges' childhood and the challenges she had to face while being a brave student going to a 'white only school'.

The questions include multiple choice and written responses.

The read-aloud is 7:59 minutes.
