This Smart Notebook file includes three poems to help students remember the challenging vocabulary of: suburban, rural, and urban. Three of the slides have images to make a visual connection to the poem and the vocabulary. Each also has just the image with no poem to encourage students to say the poem without the words!

In my classroom, we add motions and expression as we read them! When it says "horns honking all night," you better believe that all the students are honking horns!

Anyway, it is a fun way to help them remember the vocabulary and have fun while doing it!
