Question #2 does not have any answers for the color version only. There are just dashes in most of the answer slots. Can this be resolved?
Thanks!
Seems like your settings are not downloading the thumbnails.
Open reader preferences, go to "General" tab, click "Select Default PDF handler" button and choose Reader
If thumbnail problem is fixed super, if not email me at modonnelly@comcast.net and I'll send in a different format.
Great resource!
