This 6-week course is designed to encourage youth participants to take steps toward better understanding themselves.

Through a series of thought-provoking activities, youth participants will learn effective and proactive approaches to identify their emotions, process their experiences, and navigate through turbulent situations.

Once your enrollment goes through, you will automatically receive a grown-up guide that will take you through each week’s assignments. Following this PDF file, you will receive a shared folder containing all necessary documents for the course.
