Description

Support student growth, reflection, and accountability with this set of SEL Reflection and Behavior Sheets! This resource includes daily, weekly, and incident reflection forms that help students check in with their feelings, take responsibility for their choices, and set meaningful goals. Perfect for morning meetings, behavior plans, or SEL lessons, these sheets are simple to use and engaging for students.

Daily Reflection Sheets
Daily sheets give students a structured way to reflect on their day. Prompts include rating their day, identifying something they did well, setting a goal for tomorrow, or reflecting on kindness and mistakes. Each version includes a feelings check-in with visuals, a drawing space for creativity, and a spot for teacher/parent comments to strengthen communication.

Weekly Reflection Sheets
Weekly forms help students look at the bigger picture. They reflect on their strengths, challenges, and goals for improvement while also celebrating successes. Some versions allow students to rate their week or draw something that made them smile. These sheets build consistency and support goal-setting routines in the classroom.

“I Need to Reflect” Behavior Sheets
These forms are designed for when a specific incident occurs. Students describe what happened, identify how they felt, and reflect on who was affected. They then choose ways to make it right (apologize, clean up, fix what is broken, etc.) and strategies to try next time (deep breath, walk away, use my words). Parent and student signature lines are included for accountability and documentation.

This resource is also part of my Growth Mindset SEL Bundle, which includes more activities and tools to support social-emotional learning all year long. Grab the bundle to save and have everything you need for student reflection, goal-setting, and classroom management in one place!
