Teaching style

In my teaching style I enjoy creating engaging, student-centered units that accommodate diverse learning needs and styles. I think that it is important to set clear, relevant learning goals that connect to real-world scenarios, and offer students choices in topics and methods of demonstrating their understanding. It is a hallmark of my classroom to set differentiated instruction by designing tiered assignments and using flexible grouping to address varying readiness levels.
