This document was produced to aid teachers in answering the following question, “am I teaching ALL of my grade-level standards?”

While using this document throughout the school year, teachers will be able to track standards, document assessments which would include formative assessment, and record resources used.

At the close of the school year, this document can then be used as a “scope and sequence”, a curriculum map and to locate standards not taught.
