Description

This is an excellent and useful worksheet set on Irregular Preterit Spanish Verbs, with a focus on 'J' Root Stems (for verbs such as decir, traer, producir, introducir, conducir, etc. in the Preterit). Included in this resource is/are:

  • Part 1: 12 matching questions.
  • Part 2: 10 fill in the blank Spanish sentences. Students will complete each sentence by selecting the correct Irregular Preterit Verb from the word bank.
  • Part 3: 12 fill in the blank Spanish sentences. Students will write the correct Preterit Tense form of the Irregular Preterit Verb given, for each sentence.
  • Part 4: a Spanish writing activity. Students will use Irregular Preterit J root verbs to respond to the writing prompt. The verbs used in the writing include: conducir, traer and decir in the Preterit Tense.
