There are a number of extension activities you can do! Learn about shepherds and how they take care of sheep. Take a world map, locate where you live, and then find Ireland. See how long it takes the class to walk a mile and then imagine how long and exhausting it would be to walk 200 miles. Or, pull out those art supplies and let kiddos make their own rainbow using paint, construction paper, beads, or whatever their little hearts desire :)
