Description
Show students how stars in the sky can be classified just like stars in movies can. In this activity students will classify 10 of the top STAR WARS "star" characters according to their brightness (intellect, talent, skill level) and temperature or relative "hotness" (think Luke Skywalker and Han Solo ;-)
Students will use a hyperlinked resource to read a brief synopsis and character description for STAR WARS' top characters to help them determine both luminosity and temperature relative to the other characters, then graph each "star" on the H-R Diagram.
