Block Center: Landmarks

This would be a great resource for your block area. The pictures encourage children to build. I put them on the wall so children can look at them as they build. The blueprint sheets were used by the older children they built and then tried to draw what they built

This resource is just SO cool!!! My students absolutely loved this. Not only does it introduce literacy into our block center, but it also has reengaged my students interest in the block center. At this point in the school year, that's crucial! I love the direction, math concepts, and STEM aspect this brings to our classroom. Total win all around.
