The elusive Gingerbread Man has managed to escape all his hungry counterparts, only to encounter his greatest challenge yet: building himself a Ginger-Home.
Students will love putting on their "Ginger-neering" Hats and getting down to business. Interactive activity includes all areas of the STEM Engineering Process: Ask, Imagine, Plan, Create, & Improve.

Students are asked to build the Gingerbread Man a structurally sound home at minimal cost. Each construction material is given a price tag, and the team that can create the home on the tightest budget (while still remaining structurally sound) wins! An additional element of difficulty to add to the traditional Gingerbread Challenge!
