Description
This handout will guide students through the process of creating their own STOMP themes and variations. I have included the links on page 3 for the educator to access.
Students will see the tutorial examples from STOMP members, write the repeating rhythms heard (theme), then hear examples of how to create variations.
After the "how to" from the videos, students will get into groups to compose, practice, and perform in their own STOMP groups.
