This was good resource for my students in an LLD classroom. There was a variety was questions for the novel (comprehension, summary, higher level). It helped introduce reading skills and review old ones. Students were able to complete some independently and some with support. The final projects at the end were great too.

Wow! Extremely thorough novel companion. There is no way to use all the activities, so an instructor has plenty of assignments to choose from. This would make for an excellent "menu" style assignment packet so that students have ownership of the assignments that they would like to complete. Chapter summary questions lead to great discussions. My 4th grade child was studying the War of 1812, and the novel, Salt, with this companion resource made it possible to easily study conflicting viewpoints and the fuzzy grey areas of war. Will purchase from this seller again!
