Description
This resource is a PowerPoint presentation which aligns with the 5th Grade Saxon Math. These are not Saxon created slideshows, but something I created to help students stay engaged during math lessons. While they do not take the place of the Saxon textbooks, these presentations help guide the students through the new concepts of each lesson. It is best used in correlation with the Saxon material but can also be used to teach the 5th grade Math Standards. Each lesson contains an average of 17 slides.

The slides are formatted to go through a progression of a color scheme (red, orange, yellow, green, etc) to help the instructor gauge the progression of the lesson. While backgrounds are not editable, the text in each slide is editable. You can add, delete or rearrange text to customize the presentation for your classroom.
