This project is aligned with the common core standards. The purpose of the project is to have students measure a small box of cereal in centimeters and then recreate the box with increasing the measurements or decreasing the measurements. The project also has the students exploring volume of larger and smaller objects. This scaling project is currently in Word format, so you have the ability to change anything you wish to in the project outline. The project file contains:
