Description

Keep your data collection clear and simple. This scatterplot data gives you a better understanding of how often behaviors occur (frequency) and the times of day most common for behaviors. Using a Google Form makes it easy to click during an observation and you receive a summary of your data! You can use this form while observing, or send it to any educator working with the student.

This form is best used when there are multiple target behaviors. Once purchased, you can edit the from to list the specific target behaviors (e.g., blurting, etc. instead of Target Behavior 1). If you need another form that records one target behavior, please look at my store for Scatterplot Data Collection Form - One Behavior.

**Please note that when analyzing data, it works best when looking at the RESPONSES section in google form instead of creating a spreadsheet. An example of the google form responses is shown in the product photo.

Once this product is purchased, a copy of the form will be added to your Google Drive.

After using this product, please leave a review! I appreciate feedback and want to make your data collection seamless.

I love this resource. I have been using scatterplots for some behaviors in my classroom. I needed a good way to share the data without making my own forms. This was perfect.
