A fun and interactive PowerPoint resource offering a range of fully contextualised challenges focussed on Electricity that connect the topic directly to work-related challenges.
The resource includes 7 challenges based on the National Curriculum that each relate to a different career, as well as opening and closing discussion prompts.
The learning outcomes for this resource include:
- connects learning to life and demonstrates the real world application of core curriculum topics
- makes learning more meaningful for young people by showing them the ways in can be applied in life after school
- helps to recap and reinforce learning of specific topics by applying the learning in new contexts
The activity is designed to last approximately 45 minutes.
The challenges can be completed by students either independently or working in teams.
The resource is fully editable in PowerPoint format so you can tailor the challenges to the specific needs of your pupils.
