Attached is a 10 page packet to give to students who are embarking on their science fair journey. It includes the following:

1. Cover page
2. Letter home explaining project
3. List of ways parents can help their child without doing the project for them.
4. Science fair category labels. This section is meant for students to write on as they define each field of science as well as listing several science fair experiments that can fall under each category.
5. Finish categories and includes a summary box
6. A comprehensive bullet point list of what their final report will include
7. A comprehensive visual of what their board should look like
8. An example of how due dates can be assigned to scaffold the project and make learning manageable.
9. A binder rubric
10. A board rubric.

Every aspect of this packet is editable.
