This bundle contains three full lesson PowerPoints which focus solely on teaching the basics of safe and accurate practical work.

These lessons should be delivered before going on to teach Year 7 Science topics which involve using lab equipment, measuring masses, making solutions or using Bunsen burners. This bundle could also be used to engage lower ability KS4 classes who need work on their practical skills before attempting GCSE Required Practical lessons.

My suggested teaching order: Equipment and Safety, Measuring Skills, Bunsen Burners.
