Science Safety Tracking Device

Description

Make students accountable! This is a tracking device for student use. It is based off of TEA Resource System IFDs and TEKS. It was created for 8th grade use but could be adapted for other grade levels. In class, we give them a brief pre-test to determine their area for "before". As we go through the unit, the students highlight what they have learned. About halfway through the unit, we stamp their "during" based on what they have highlighted. The "after" column can either be stamped immediately before the test or after any assessment has been graded.

IF YOU LIKE THE FORMAT BUT YOU NEED A DIFFERENT UNIT, LET ME KNOW! I will gladly make one for you or I may already have one!

It also serves as a study guide since the tests are taken directly from the tracking device.
