This was exactly what I was looking for as a quick fix to my 6th graders, and the need to get them engaged right away. I love the self-reflection/assessment piece at the end!
With some adjustment to the back reflection side, I use this sheet every week with my Physical Science freshman students. It's an easy way for me to start the class off with engaging activities and every Friday they reflect over the week.
