This file contains bulleted notes for teachers and students. A student notes template (anchor chart) is included, along with a review assignment. The template has multiple formats for any size of science notebook.
Assessment Options: A paper and pencil assignment is included, as well as a link to a Google Forms assignment that buyers can copy.
I use this to summarize instruction in a way that students can hold on to. Often my fifth graders can't use their notes for class work or activities because they can't make sense of what they wrote. Help your students get clear science information in a convenient way!

Study Buddy Science offers students a chance to both preview and review science concepts in a collaborative way. This product is a Read, Study, Review and Explore Booklet for student collaborative learning. The booklet shares basic ideas involving a science topic for shared reading. and offers students a platform for interacting in productive ways to get familiar with science content.
STUDY BUDDY BOOKLETS
Study Buddy Booklets allow students to take concepts wherever they go, and practice in a variety of ways. The Student Review section consists of student questioning and extension ideas. Twenty questions with answers are provided along with additional question starters and extension ideas.
They consist of three two-sided printables that can be folded into a twelve page booklet - three folds, two staples and you're all set!

SCIENCE WORKSHOP CENTERS HIGHLIGHTS
These simple centers are intended to serve as brief rotational practices that students can engage with in science sessions. The material and tasks are general enough to allow teachers to administer them in a variety of ways to suit classroom needs. The intent is to extend learning in ways that students find meaningful and connective.
The table tent signs are foldable for propping. Multiple signage options have been included. I use this to spread students out in the space I have. The signs, along with the provided related materials are all that’s needed to get started.

“PICTURE IT” - Students generate images and models related to the topic. Illustrating is known to boost memory related to concepts and problem solving abilities.
