Use this PowerPoint at the beginning of the school year to introduce your students to the Scientific Inquiry method of conducting research and experiments. The PowerPoint includes transitions, all of which advance on mouse click.
Students copy the notes from the PowerPoint into their Cloze Notes Packet (FREE in my store!) to keep in their Science folder all year. As a summarizing strategy after the PowerPoint or as an informal assessment, students can complete Scientific Inquiry Definitions (included in the FREE Cloze Notes Packet) to ensure they know each of the steps.
