Description
After teaching the scientific method, I use this notes sheet in the students' journals. We review each step and description, and then the students draw a picture for each step in the boxes to help them remember what each step is about (what the vocabulary means). This could be as simple or detailed as they want to make it. For example, on the first step "question", one student might simply draw a big question mark while another might draw someone thinking and scratching their head. Good for ELL vocab development. :)
In the file I have included two different formats for the same notes since journals can vary in size, shape, etc. One is large (one per page); the other is smaller with two per page.
