This Powerpoint lesson was really designed to be a purchase and go product. There are thorough explanations and examples for students to practice. It was exactly what I was looking for! However there are errors that I flagged about a year ago, and the seller has not responded. The Powerpoint also has a lot of animations and sounds added which are highly distracting for my students. I just turn it to mute. I really enjoy using this product, and have over time made the corrections the best I could.

Use numbers expressed in the form of a single digit times an integer power of 10 to estimate very large or very small quantities, and to express how many times as much one is than the other. For example, estimate the population of the United States as 3 × 10⁸ and the population of the world as 7 × 10⁹, and determine that the world population is more than 20 times larger.
