In this fun Intro to Scratch Coding Course for Elementary School students you will find fish, bears and sharks! This is the lesson plan of Unit 7 on designing your own parrot game! Yay!
This fun introductory Scratch track saves the Coding Teacher prep time! Your students will implement a game where a parrot that you will control with your arrow keys "flies" through different worlds and landscapes & collects fruits / points. You have to avoid the enemies so you don't crash!
The Course is structured on 10 units and it has presentation slides, lesson plans, hands-on coding exercises, and two EOC projects. A lot of this course is hands-on.
The Course is hands-on, enticing, easy to follow. The course is informal and action oriented with the objective of attracting the students to coding!
