Seasonal class management system. Students earn tokens on the themed boards. Some months have fewer token spots than others due to months having fewer school days. Once the class fills the token spots the class earns a reward. I generally have my class vote on a reward they want. If you find it works best to give out lots of tokens then once they earn a reward clear the board and start again. Great for encouraging whole class behavior and community.
