Seat Request Form
Share

Description

I use this seat request form at the beginning of the year. It gives the students the opportunity to let me know where they would like to sit and with whom. Throughout the year as I make seating charts, I refer back to these requests and am able to remember who needs to sit near the front. I am also able to assure that they are often placed nearby a friend who can make them feel more comfortable in class.

It makes the difficult task of creating seating charts a little bit easier.

These can be cut into 1/3 sheets. Save yourself the copies.

I liked that this was simple to use. I didn't have to give directions to my students and they were able to figure it out themselves.

This was helpful when asking students where/with whom they wanted to sit. I used this to hep create my seating chart.
