Maybe I missed it, but I believe you left off L.2.1d (Form and use the past tense of frequently occurring irregular verbs) - correct me if I am wrong. Also, page 1 is on the checklist twice. I am working on district level pacing guides and using your list to mark off as I go. I used this checklist in my classroom last year and loved it. I really like this checklist and appreciate you sharing it. It has really helped me in creating this pacing guide. I have recommended it to all my teachers! I would really love a version without the border, but again I am so grateful that you shared this wonderful resource for free.
Also, SL.2.1b and SL.2.1c are on the checklist twice.
