Description

I use these exit passes to quickly and effectively assess my students' understanding after a lesson.

The students answer the exit pass depending on the lesson & immediately walk it back to me. If the student answered the pass correctly, they receive a star. If the student did not answer it correctly, I sent them back to their seat to fix. After class, I collect the passes that were incorrect the first time & document those students that struggled with that particular standard. I use that information for future lessons.

These can be used for a grade or for a quick formative assessment.

There are 2 different exit passes for every standard in Measurement & Data

2.MD.2~ Types of Measurement
2.MD.3~ Estimating Length
2.MD.4~ Comparing Measurement
2.MD.5~ Measurement Story Problems
