Here is a great way to add a little spark to your classroom management during the crazy month of December! Post this Secret Student sign in your room. Everyday, randomly select one of your students to be a 'Secret Student'. Shhh! Don't tell them who it is! At the end of the day, if that student had a great day, they earn a Secret Student brag tag! Don't use brag tags? No problem. Just slip them a little treat instead. This is a fun, easy way to encourage great behavior from all of your students. They don't want to get caught having a rough day in case they are your Secret Student:)
