1st Grade Morning Work is a great way to start your day and for a spiraling review throughout the year! This morning worked was designed to give kids meaningful exposure and to instill confidence with activities that they can complete independently. Each slide should take between 5-15 minutes to complete. Fast finisher activities are provided if you would like to use those with your students!
The morning work covers math, reading, language and writing skills! There are 20 slides included with each set, fast finisher activities for each set and a daily checkin page.

Each slide contains verbal directions for the students to listen to ensure independence. The slides also include Seesaw "tool" icons, so students know which tool they should be using for each activity on the slides. Please take a look at the preview to understand this a little better :)

Laptop use is a privilege in our classroom! If a student breaks one of our laptop rules, the laptop is taken away for a set amount of time. That is why I included *no prep printable* versions of this morning work.
Please note: There are some days in my classroom when I do not have laptops as a morning activity! I have them complete this morning work three or four days of the week. We all need a break from screens sometimes :)
