Description
This self-monitoring form teaches the student (and/or parent) how to reflect on judgmental feelings/behaviors. The questions focus on the antecedents, details, and consequences of judging others. While the emphasis is on judgmental feelings (ex. racism, classism, sexism), the same worksheet can be used with other anger management/social skills activities. By consistently using this worksheet, the participant will develop better self-awareness, and the ability to prevent future conflict. This worksheet works best for people aged 12 and up.
