Self-Regulation Check-In Cards

These Daily Check-In Cards are a convenient, quick, and easy way for students to track how they're feeling and are a great way for you to check in throughout the day!

Each student receives a small check-in card printed and stuck on their desk. Throughout the day, each student ticks which zone they are in. The use of whiteboard markers and ticks makes it easy for students to change their choices throughout the day as necessary. Students can also mark if they can are able to get back on track independently or if they need help doing so.

Print them once, laminate, and use ALL year!

You should check out the Preview File to see the detailed dictionary!

As always, questions and feedback are most welcome :)

Thank YOU!

I used this for a classroom with a lot of behavior. The kids responded well as they were more accountable for their actions and could begin to identify their emotions.
