Do your students need to add more detail to their sentences? You can have your students writing more complex sentences using this sentence stretching activity for Google Slides! Students are able to drop and drag the words or phrases to expand on a simple sentence. They are also able to read a simple sentence and then type up their own improved sentence! Different versions are included for Seesaw and Google Slides!

How to Use:
SEESAW/GOOGLE SLIDES:
Students read the simple sentence (in grey). They then drag and drop 2 adjectives (pink) and 1 adverbial/adjectival phrase (aqua) onto the correct spot, to ‘stretch’ their sentence. Students can then have a go at stretching a sentence themselves by typing on the following page.
What's included:
★ 10 'drag and drop' style slides
★ 10 'add text' style slides
★ Versions for Seesaw (10 activities with one of each type of slide) and Google Slides
★ Text ready to copy and paste into the instructions section on a Seesaw activity
★ Instructions for use pages
