This 178 word task card set can reinforce sight word recognition, sentence building, CvC words, capitals and punctuations!
Students can use the 46 Kindergarten-based sight words and the 132 sentence building words to create sentences and then write them on the recording sheet.
This set includes:
*46 Kindergarten-based Sight Words
*132 Sentence Building Words - color coded by short vowel sounds
*Capitals
*Punctuation Marks
*Plurals (s, es)
*Blank color coded cards for your own words
*Sentence Recording Sheet
This set grows with your students throughout the year as you decide which word cards to place at the Center - based on short vowel sound, beginning sound, rhyming, etc..
The word cards could also be used to play SCOOT!
There are 12 words per sheet that can be printed on card stock and laminated for durability and then cut apart for a total of 178 words. Plus cards for capitalization, creating plurals and adding proper punctuation.
